SERVICES

We're just as excited as you are to bring your creations to life. That's why we offer a variety of services to assist with every step. We are here to answer any questions, clarify any processes, and to offer guidance if you are unsure... you're part of the USA Choice Apparel family, and it comes with all of the support, cheer and high fives!

Design Consultation

Bring your sketches, fabric swatches, reference samples and an open mind. Your initial consultation is complimentary (up to 30 minutes) We'll provide our TOCs as well so you can review the associated fees for each service. Buckle up, your journey is about to take off!

Pattern Making

With pride, we offer exceptional pattern making expertise. There's no substitute for seasoned training and experience. We employ .STY and .DXF digital formats. We have the capability to digitize paper patterns as well.

Sampling

Sampling is where the fun really begins. Once you've met with our Director of Production and Development, selected your fabrics and notions, and determined your sample size, we will get to work sewing your first sample. The process typically takes 2 weeks.

Cut and Sew

Cut and Sew services is simply the term for production. Some designers come to us with their patterns, fabric and trims ready for production. Often they opt for a second source for production. With minimal guidance, we can cut and sew your established styles with quality and care.

Sourcing

We've got a vast supplier list to help you find the perfect textile, trim and notions. Our consultation services will help guide you to the right supplier for all your sourcing needs.

Embellishments

Heat transfers, embroidery , fabric tags, and more help reinforce your brand, style and signature. We can point you to unique suppliers and make recommendations and considerations for best use and placement.

Packaging & Branding

Creating your private label successfully also involves highlighting your brand. From hang tags to custom poly bags, we will assist with recommendation in making your introduction consistent, powerful and professional.

Drop Ship

Domestic shipping and freight forwarding of your completed apparel is a BIG advantage when working with USA Choice Apparel. We can handle final shipments of your goods directly to your retail warehouse, 3PL fulfillment center or even just your house as you are starting out. We got your covered!
